Bookitlab is a management software for scientific Core Facilities and Shared Service Centres, used in leading scientific institutions across the world since 2007.

Initially launched as “Bookit” and rebranded to “Bookitlab” in 2011, our platform has been at the forefront of lab management since its inception in 2007 by Prog4biz Software Ltd.

Developed in close collaboration with a team of scientific advisors and research scientists, BookitLab was designed to address the unique challenges faced by shared lab managers across various research fields — including life sciences, medicine, nanotechnology, flow cytometry, nuclear physics, and more.

From the very first months of deployment, our system has enabled managers to achieve significant time savings for both staff and researchers, streamlining daily operations and revolutionizing processes such as equipment reservations, reporting, billing, and asset management.
